“The same firm capable of moving an executive’s EB-1 petition through USCIS should be just as devoted to a family seeking protection, opportunity, and a future in the United States.”
Immigration Solutions Law Group, PLLC was founded on a simple conviction: that excellent legal work shouldn’t depend on the kind of case. Most firms choose a lane. We were built to travel the whole road.
Our founding partners bring together what the field usually keeps apart — sophisticated business and employment immigration, humanitarian and family relief, and nationwide removal defense and appeals. Based in Miami and serving clients across the United States, we pair two decades of courtroom and USCIS experience with the lived understanding of attorneys who are themselves part of immigrant families.
We work in English and Spanish, and we treat every case — the routine and the life-changing — as if our own family’s future depended on it.
Like the three flutes of the column in our crest, our practice rests on three commitments.

A free, short call with our intake team. We learn what’s going on, gather what the attorney will need, and work out which attorney is right for your case.
Free for new clients, and with the attorney who actually fits your case. You’ll get an honest assessment of your options, what we’d recommend, and a clear scope and price if you decide to go ahead.
If you decide to go ahead, you’re assigned an attorney and a paralegal by name. You’ll hear from a named person at every stage — never an anonymous update.
Free to start, and a flat fee if you go ahead.
If you haven’t consulted us before, both of your first appointments are free — the screening call with our intake team, and your first consultation with an attorney. We’ll always tell you the cost before you book anything.
Once we take your case it’s handled on a flat fee, agreed up front — never by the hour. Where a case has separate stages, such as a bond hearing or an appeal, each stage is quoted separately and in advance.
We offer payment options so quality representation stays within reach.
