Jeremy Torres, Esq.
Jeremy Torres is an immigration attorney licensed in New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina whose practice centers on complex humanitarian and family-based immigration. He represents individuals and families nationwide in VAWA petitions, asylum, removal defense, waivers, adjustment of status, and humanitarian relief, with deep experience handling RFEs, NOIDs, motions, and appeals.
He is known for strategic, detail-oriented advocacy paired with compassionate guidance through every stage of a case. Jeremy has also advised athletes and professionals pursuing opportunities across borders.
Before focusing fully on immigration, he built a foundation in corporate and transactional law that informs his analytical approach. He earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he received the Professor Thomas E. Headrick "Trees and Forest" Award as the top graduate in corporate finance transactional law, and served as President of the Buffalo Sports & Entertainment Law Society, Secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association, and Senior Associate of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal.
