Lucero De La Rosa is a bilingual, California-licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience in the legal field and a practice centered on immigration and the intersection of criminal and immigration law. Her background spans civil litigation, criminal defense, and immigration, and she brings thoughtful, strategic, and client-centered representation to every matter.

Her immigration practice includes representation before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR): removal defense, asylum and related humanitarian relief, family-based immigration, and cases involving complex criminal-immigration consequences. Her criminal defense experience is particularly valuable where criminal and immigration law intersect, an area where the stakes for clients are often highest.

Lucero began her legal career in 2015 as a civil litigation paralegal, handling personal injury and civil matters, and became an attorney in 2021. From 2022 to 2023 she served as a public defender, representing clients in misdemeanor and felony cases through trial and jury verdicts, and developing substantial courtroom experience in arraignments, bail arguments, plea negotiations, preliminary hearings, and pretrial proceedings. Fluent in English and Spanish, she communicates directly with Spanish-speaking clients at every stage of their representation, and she is known for navigating complex legal issues and advocating confidently in high-pressure courtroom settings. Ms. De La Rosa earned her Juris Doctor from the Lawrence Drivon School of Law at Humphreys University and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Sacramento.
